They'd hit the uke before they were even a thing, and they get turned on. They hurt others without consent because that is sadism, they live off of that pain from someone else, one reason why I don't like sadism is because of the no consent thing.

are you talking about sadism in manga ? or in real life ?? because those are two different things , in manga the majority of the time its forced , beside there are masochists who very much enjoy physical pain and get joy from it , in real life that is not how sadism work , both parties must consent , if the one getting hit in sexual context without consent, that is violent assault , might be rape even so....
