well rather than a manga i think it was a manhwa or webtoon but-
i started reading this a while ago, and it was about a guy who was in a dungeon and fell to his death after being attacked(?) but didn't die because where he got buried had some water or something dripping into his mouth that kept him alive. he then started hunting monsters and eating them and by doing so gained power??
