I think he got the same illness like his mother. It must've been an inherited disease.
I think he inherits his mom's illness or his body is just weak. But I think it's the former.

I wanna cry but hold on. I don't know if hosik is sick in his past life? Am i skipping things? I'm sure to read it carefully though, does he suffer from certain illness?
