To those who don’t want to forgive Akihiko, that’s valid. That part of the story really fucked with me, Haruki was so hurt and still helped Aki out even when he deserved to be thrown out in the street. Aki is in the process of change and I think even though Haru and him are together (now), there’s a long ass way for him to go to even be fully redeemed (in my opinion). I think that in the midst of Haru and Aki getting together many people wanted to forget what Aki did, even though it’s a manga it’s foolish and irresponsible to ignore horrific acts like sexual assault and r*pe, since these very things can happen to anyone.
It’s true lol, I think I’ve read way too many bls that things like rape or sexual assault has just become normalized for me and that’s so fucked up lol. Anyway, I just want my baby Haruki to be happy. The scene when he cut his hair like omg. My heart. I was legit screaming to my friend without spoiling it to her cause she’s only watched the anime so far lol(which is ironic. Cause I’ve only read the manga since I don’t watch bl but only read yet for some reason lol) XD
I wouldn't forgive him, that's for sure. His feeling of inferiority and not being a genius are the reasons his relationship with ugetsu didn't work out. These are the same feelings that hurt Haruki. No matter how much he changes or becomes a good person, it will never erase what he do to ugetsu and haruki .
kaji is really a person who I really like but who behaves badly. but his actions are unforgivable trying to rape someone is not an option for forgiveness. haruki was to kind at this moment ... he don’t deserved it
Exactly ! They normalized rape because they like them that so weird. Kaji is not a bad person, he just don’t know how to act but like a say it above... his action are unforgivable even if he become a better person. I think haruki and ugetsu deserved better

I get your point and your opinion but basically, it would not be considered rape yet, just sexual assault or attempt coz Haruki opened his mouth for Aki too and there's not much resistance. He just wanted to stop Aki coz he seems broken and angry and maybe he doesn't want to let him do it out of impulses. I'm not saying that what Aki did was right because at that moment he acted on impulse and took advantage of Haruki's love for him and that's what is completely wrong and you were right that it's sensitive for someone who experienced being abused and raped but we cannot judge people according to their sin especially that Aki tried his best to change to be A BETTER MAN WORTHY OF HARUKI and that melted his anger (Love can make you a fool, you know) . Well, I don't think Haru will decline Aki if it had happened when Aki's in the right mind tho. Anyway, what I want to say is let's just be open minded about EACH of their feelings because everything they did has it's deep reasons. One wanted to be saved and one wanted to do the saving. I don't really approve of Aki for attempting to take advantage if Haruki's love but I can't blame him either. Desperation got him. In the same way, Haruki is too soft on Aki that he forgave him easily but I can't also blame him coz he understood and wanted to understand Aki coz he loves him.

I respect you opinion. But I can’t be agree, maybe it’s not considering like « rape » but for me it’s the same. Yes Akihiko change he become person.. but it didn’t matter to me. And yes haru forgave him to easily. we can't put everything on the name of love .. even in the name of love there are unforgivable things, I know their love each other but I’m kinda uncomfortable with « everything » but that just my opinion akihiko abused haruki feeling since 2 years

I don't hate akihiko but I see a lot of comments "he change. he is a better person, well that's true but remember what he did he touched someone without his consent don't say you can be forgiven if you change tell that to someone who has been raped in the past ... akihiko was lost yes but he hurt ugetsu and haruki too. don't legalize rape just because its akihiko. I’m happy to see him like that but i don’t forget was he did to ugetsu and haruki ( sorry for my English )
