I know I've seen some surgeries of mine. They took pretty much the 'the balls' inside and leave the sack but they don't just sew the opening wound & leave the sack hanging like a pair of old titties to shrivel at least mine don't. They cut sewn it back pretty tight & clean.
awww i was really excited to see yaoi with no balls & to find out if it's still gonna be hot but i guess i will never know
