But the poison already spread in Aizawa's leg. I don't think there's still poison in the bullet...
This is just my theory for how they can win: if someone manages to get the deleter bullet out of Aizawa’s severed leg and shoot it into Shigaraki they might be able to win.
I’m pretty sure he has more than one though.
