I think that was his way of proving that the tired looking gangster didn't actually have the guts to shoot him. Lol. First, I'm not gonna lie, I thought the gun was fake and that's why he did it. Ok, I'll admit that I'm dumb as hell and I thought it was a candy gun cuz why would he lick it? Lmfaooo. Now I'm sure it was to prove a point.

That could be it too. He knew Sleepy Face for a long time so I'm sure he knows him well enough to know whether a gun is loaded or not and if he's really going to shoot or not too lol.
