It’s actually hard to say—the story follows a non-linear timeline (e.g there were previous chapters where Zhan Xixi was already in uni, and when He Tian already owns and drives a car) so it’s actually not very clear
I mean if u feel uncomfortable with the age stuff u can just probably imagine that they’re all adults at this point, since the last couple of chapters didn’t really show how old they are
