If she doesn't agree to go, they would kill her parents and then she'd have no other choice. I'm pretty sure in the past they killed her parents so that she'd be desperate to survive and would take their offer.
the map she made was a route for her parents to safely leave and she took the gifts/money to give to them so they'll have living expenses- she couldn't reject the offer so instead she made an escape plan for her parents
