Well... the worst scenario is Nakyum is blood related to Seungho. Nakyum's mom must be hella pretty and most likely the most sought, the high ranking Gisaeng. So only a rich ass man or government official could touch her. And Seunghoe's dad was high ranking government official. If my memory is correct, Seunghoe's dad was a minister.
