It’s a matter of moral standards especially in Korea. A wayward teacher would unintentionally teach wayward things about life if their life isn’t morally correct or embody the kind of life parents/board of education want their students to be living in the future. Reputation is a huge impact also in parents enrolling their children and giving the school money as well as companies sponsoring the schools.
