It goes like this.
The MC is bedridden and was then isekai'd into the game he was playing while he was in the hospital.The game was about world building, and he was the number one player. When he came to be, he was in a forest and he is with a girl companion, the girl companion was someone from the game. And then he created an ant familiar to scout the area. From then on they saw a group of elves in the forest they are in. They went to the elves and gave them food. The elves see's him as a black evil figure. The captain of the elves and some others then went to the mc. Still they see a black figure, the MC then went on to ask them to be his subordinates.
