He probably did donate a sperm sample but it doesn't mean he owns the kid it's not his choice, he chose to give that sample and a women took that chance to get pregnant.

So from what Ive read in the comments, apparently rich dude replaced yi yun’s sperm with his own sample so that he can have a child while hiding it under someone else’s certificate because of his family heir conflicts? If that’s the case, THAT’S SO FOUL! Yi yun actually wanted a son and he is treating him like his world.
