Mielle just looks awkward
Well before the hourglass, it's like a story stereotype that the off spring of a beautiful prostitute will just exude sexiness so that's was Aria looked like a grown as woman compared to a damn young lady like Mielle. But since this is s'pose ta be in their younger years Aria looks older due to the hourglass. Mielle will catch up soon.
I think it is said in the novel that the more she use the hourglass, the more her height grows. And she mentioned that she looked like when she was in her 20's. So this appearance is a consequence of using the hourglass. Dw tho, it won't be a problem.

Theyre supposedly same age right or like maybe at least 1 yr difference but damn mielle looks still the same like maybe when she's 8 yrs old lol. Young looking is really great but not with mielle who has not even a sense of maturity in her looks. Still like a brat. Realisticially, one can stay looking young but you can also seea hint of gracefulness and maturity
