I saw the raw and I think that ji ho told him to give him time and allow him to come in terms with his feelings. He accepted do jin's feeling but because of what happened in the past with a certain a**hole classmate of his who he liked, he is still uneasy about getting Into a relationship. But dojin said he will always be available and would not rush him about his feelings
But then one night, ji ho got drunk with dojin, his friend, and the others(I mean with the sunbae, and the cafe dojin works in) and I think he kinda told dojin he likes him and made him believe they can start going out. But then in the morning, he forgot about everything and dojin was so devastated and heartbroken about it but ji ho went after him.( he was also not feeling well) and they shared a hot kiss and they started dating
