I think this Mitsuki (male) is the baby from the picture. That would explain why he doesn't remember the uncle nor the mother but remembers Sousuke after being "reborn" and how he is a male.
So... If i'm right. Where is the female Mitsuki? What happened to her? Did the uncle know she was a jellyfish too? I suppose he did.
The grandpa said it's the same same of the person he loved... Was he talking about the female Mitsuki? If yes, was she the same female Mitsuki Who uncle married? Does that Mitsuki will abandon Sousuke too when he gets old? If not, then what happened to grandpa's Mitsuki?
