Apparently the sister has the power of enchantment but I don’t think she realizes or consciously uses it.
Not really a spoiler but just a guess cause i have not seen anyone in the family that can use magic so far
1. Her red hair. There was a page in the raws that showed her whole family who all are blond.
2. She was treated more like a stranger than family and because no matter how biased they are to the little sister, they would not let Athanasia have that much bad rumors because it might affect the duke's household reputation.
3. So far no one in the family can use magic.
