I think it's uncomfortable because the uke seems to be trying to force himself to like pain and things like that but can't, and the seme thinks he likes it because the uke keeps saying he does. I think the seme might have a suspicion that the uke doesn't like it as much as he says he does so he is trying to get the uke to admit it. Because if he confronts the uke the uke will deny it and say he likes it, because he likes the seme.

No, I totally agree. I think they are both developing feelings for each other. The uke just needs to be honest with the seme and admit that he doesn't like pain. Hopefully the seme is good with that. I think he would be honesty.
