Both the sisters are Kai's half sisters. Alicia and Kai have a common mother, while Kai and the bitchy princess have a common father, the late emperor. The sisters are not related at all, but have a brother in common.
Is that evil blonde princess the Emperor's other sister or his betrothed? Or is she just some royal bitch chilling in the palace?
I'm confused since Alicia said that she is her brother's "only sister".
