I honestly don’t be that just feels too cheesy and expected since he’s yk the MC. Bring a little spice and excitement by having him lose but then make a comeback and beat everyone’s ass would be so cool (but then again all the sports animes/mangas out there have that exact same plot so idk it’s also kinda too repetitive but if he just wins then it wouldn’t bring that pizzaz)!! Plus at the rate which things are going I can’t see him improving so much as to where he’ll surpass rin. Like he does improve but only small bursts here and there. Rin’s also improving so isagi’s never gonna catch up at this point

At the moment I can't see him win but I'm sure he's gonna be strong. I mean, out of all the people on blue lock he's the most ordinary at least for me. But, I know there's something up his sleeve. Well, there's still a big chance he won't win, as we all know the author's full of surprises so it might happen.
