I do read that one but I can't ship the FL and ML together. How people treat others lets you see what kind of person they are and ML is p fucked up.
Yeah it’s true he is a little messed up but he was clear that their relationship was fake in the beginning. And he didn’t treat her bad they each did what they wanted. And it wasn’t like she loved him she was with him for money to save her family as well. And he makes it up by doing his best to earn her trust and love... that’s why I like it they don’t just fall right away he still trying to earn her love
From my perspective he was always self centered. The only reason he started treating Viola decently was because of his crush on her. He wasn't even concerned with his staff and he wasn't upholding their deal to help her family until the butler told him he should

Storyline is pretty similar a Duke asked her to to be his fake wife, since he has a lover.... in the ends falls in love with her.. the ML and Fl are similar to this manga. The ML is cute and is like a puppy in love with the FL. And the FL is strong, funny, and independent.... especially in that manga.
