I get confused sometimes too but I recommend looking at their hairstyles, eyes and mole placement! Say, the blue haired omega's alpha brother has a mole under his eye or his other brother has blue hair but it's wavy
The author sadly suffers from a horrible case of same face syndrome so I don’t know who’s who anymore either

the omega's brothers
eldest : blue hair, clean cut hair (page 6)
second : blue hair, wavy, thick, and kinda messy hair (page 7)
third : black hair, dark blue eyes, has a mole under his eye (page 10)
youngest (omega) : blue & straight hair (page 4)
the alpha (taehan) looks a bit similar to the third brother, also has black hair, but doesn't have any mole. his eyes switch from black colour to gold colour a lot (page 16)
ohh i kinda get it now. i assume you're talking about the latest chapter? the blue haired guy (omega's brother) is his second brother, and the black haired guy is his third brother. it's his brother, not the omega's alpha (taehan). taehan didn't make any appearance in chapter 54
It’s definitely not great when the way to tell between the characters is the slight difference is in hair style or a tiny mole, sorta just makes me go “okay so who’s... who’s this guy? Oh he’s ... okay I get it”
