That leader (IDGAF his name) was daddy Lee's lover, he was a lycan before but daddy Lee turned him into a vampire by biting him. Daddy Lee continued creating vampire's and that leader got jealous because daddy Lee is giving him less and less attention and love and he hates it, because he wants all the attention and love for himself. So, he started killing/locking them so that no one will be left and daddy Lee would be alone and that he was hoping daddy Lee would come back to him.
