Yes/no, when i read the first few chapters I thought Owen would be a bottom....or at least they would be a switch couple...since Jordyn was also a top.
Despite the hard work from the author that was the only thing to look forward for. The art was great and we needed some unexpected from the adonis character. Everything else was like old Mexican telenovelas.. (￣∇￣")
It's sad to say that most people who read yoai only read it for that purpose who is going to bottom and too who. I used to be that way for me I would get mad that the guy I wanted to be a bottom never was so. I just gave up on it. Now I just read for the enjoyment of the plot. Because if I had it my way it would have been fem semes or delicate looking semes with tough ukes .
I don't read yaoi for only that purpose. Trust I prefer a great plot, clever dialog and so on and so forth like My Little Inferno, The new employee or Raion Gotoki no Kuni Kara. The plot for this was so so, but there was still so much that could have been done. Like Owens back story for example we only got pieces of it. At the end we find out he's freaking adopted....that was a bomb shell to drop. But yes the same with the ukes and semes, i live for them.
I feel bamboozled! Where is bottom Owen? Will Jordyn get his moment. I don't want to see the old younger Owen bottom....i want to see the current one bottom. Damn it all, lol!!!!
