Honestly it depends on the author but from my experience (having read many many omegaverse yaoi and bxb book on wattpad) most of the time omega can't get pregnant from betas but it is possible in some so who knows

Well chowon is a dominant omega he is more likely to get pregnant compared to a recessive omega. Ig hyesung was lucky(dont come for me idk how to spell his name)
