Yea sure. This is just my speculation though so it might not actually be true buuuut it makes a whole lotta sense.
So the first clue is when he first met Jeha (the head gangster whatever) and he Lee thought to himself that Jeha looked familiar as if they’d known each other for a long time (ch5 page).
Second clue is when he is looking at the old people (I’m sorry idk what to calm them xd) family pictures and he recognizes they have two sons. (chapter 11 page 2) If you look at that sons eyes, they are nearly identical to Lee’s eyes.
Third clue: the old lady says if they son was still alive he would’ve grown “this well too”. (chapter 11 page 4) I imagine she means he would be around the same age as Lee.
Fourth clue: The side kick gangster (I am so bad at this) tells Lee how Jeha used to come around the old peoples house often to play with their son when he was younger. (Chapter 11 page 7) This might have something to do in the first clue when Lee said he felt like he had know Jeha for a very long time.
On the same page the side gangster talks about how the son “died” which was he drowned but he also said “it’d be stranger if he was alright”. That sounds like they didn’t completely confirm that he was dead. More of a situation that didn’t find his body and he was assumed dead.
Fifth clue: When his hair dye starts fading away it’s black/brown whatever. We don’t know the reason behind the dye but let’s assume somehow the dye is linked to the old people’s son in the picture. If his hair wasn’t dyed how similar would they look? (Pretty freaking similiar)
After typing all of this I feel stupid because they claim Lee was found in a basket chapter 17 page 7 but I mean there’s still a possibility that much info could be wrong and my hunch may be slightly off the mark but there. OK I AM SORRY FOR TYPING ALL OF THIS.
We all caught on to who his parents are right? ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
