Rosebitch emotionally manipulated the emperor. The emperor really has a very sad and tragic past where he'd go completely insane on a certain day every month(?). Anyways Rosebitch knew of his outburst and his past which is why she can get his full devotion 100%, and the fact that the emperor also can understand Rosebitch suffering from the past, hence why they could "connect and understand each other" as he would like to think.
The bitch did quite have a sad past as well but lol I don't sympathize her one bit. She's the ultimate power hungry bitch -_-
But don't worry cuz the emperor will slowly get away from her influence bit by bit :D
