I think that she accepted the fact it was a political marrige, and she apologized to the butler for taking his lover away. She can't change the fact that they are husband and wife and will play her role as she had to, but she will not denie the butler's love for her husband- she accepted this fact, "He was his before he was hers". So she sees the butler not as her husband's lover but as a concubine- That's why when she speaks to the butler she says "OUR husband" and not "My husband".

I’m not saying she doesn’t accept it, what I’m sayin is she doesn’t love him yet and the husband doesn’t love his man either. I can’t see any love in any of the relationships shown besides the butlers love for the husband. I want that to improve. I want to see them all loving each other equally because the way I see it, it’s not balanced and I don’t like it. I didn’t come to this story for the plot, I came to see shoujo romance and the plot is what keeps me staying. I need the romance on all sides to entertain me or I’m just going to continue feeling like the vibe is wrong.

That might be the case which is why I’m continuing to read this but I want development on both sides. I need to see love balanced throughout all three of their relationships. I never said I hated any of the characters, just that the love on all three sides needs to balance out soon or this feeling of discomfort is just going to stay with me whenever I read it ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Look I understand that the story is set where cheating is common in married relationships. I understand. I’m a fujoshi so wanting two fictional men together and even two real life men that I don’t know together, is something I would do. Thing is, I’m not rude or fetishistic. I’m not going to go online and tell people how much I think these two real life men should be together of try and force friends who don’t feel anything for one another together. The fact that this girl still ships that man with her husband, says so out loud, and doesn’t care at all that they have sex, is all the evidence I need to prove that she isn’t in love with him. Sure she might be attached to him, she might find him a good looking man and she might feel okay around him, doesn’t mean she loves him. And the butler dude, I forget his name in outrage, he’s most probably in love with her husband. It’s been years for those two so it’s not really surprising. Though I believe that the feelings aren’t reciprocated in any way shape or form if not her husband, whose name I’ve also forgotten, wouldn’t be so easily swayed by his wife. In this entire chapter he seems to be falling in love with her imo. I have my opinions of cheating, it’s a no for me. This doesn’t seem to be a monogamous relationship so the mangaka should’ve set it up to be polyamorous from the beginning so that people can get used to it. As long as the husband can stop prioritizing one over the other and love them all equally and they love each other equally and it’s a consenting polyamorous relationship, I’ll stop being disgusted by the husband. Until then, this feels like a husband cheating on his wife with his childhood friend and the wife doesn’t love him enough to care because it was an arranged marriage. I’m still going to read to see if that vibe ever changes though.
