A korean webtoon about these 2 unique types of humans, A Destroy and a Shut. The destroy i think have really powerful abilities and have the possibility to go on a rampage and Shuts are people who, when they fall in love, are locked and fall in love forever. I think there was another type of human that was able to sense the emotions of another by being in close proximity. The whole story is about a Shut falling in love with a destroy i think.
