This is a fantasy world after all. Him looking like an adult at the age of 15 might have to due to his genes. Heck, some 15 year old teens can pass as adults irl.
Hey guys, just read the novel to this and he’s only 15 at the start. I have no idea why they make him look like an adult. I just thought some people would want to know if they’re worried about the age difference.
