I don’t think it’s that he likes her. I honestly think he’s sort of scared of the fact that he might not get what he wants. He isn’t being sincere he just thinks that it’s be easier to get what he wants if her majesty likes him again
well I understand why everyone hates dowun, but he always said he just wanted her power, not her heart and it's not like I was going to wash all the bad things he did, I'm just saying that he was always sincere
but now seems like he likes her and this is so sad for both of them
