I am just seeing this as becoming a territorial standoff, where Sang Hwa makes the wrong decision and chooses the asshole manipulative friend and hurts Mirae and then we have the story developing in a way that Sang Hwa needs to figure out his feelings and try and apologize to Mirae and then some Mafia shit happens and more development between the couple.... No I haven't read the RAWs but I can see it going this way.
