the King did not have an affair with MC mom. The king is not a cheating bastard towards the queen. The K and Q have a political marriage and they respect each other and do not love each other so it is not cheating. Especially when he did all the process of some what marrying MC mom as his concubine,not mistress. So by law MC mom is married to the king, his 2nd wife but not queen. Now if the king did not do the process of making her a concubine then she would be a mistress not his 2nd wife
