I hate Shizuya as well, but he seems to only reacted that way when Yuma seems to forget something, I'm curious on what that is. Also, I think Shizuya is deliberately pushing Yuma (maybe so that he won't get hurt anymore because of him) but fck he is hurting much much more, stupid Shizuya. I hope that there is a deep underlying reason why Shizuya is doing those thing so that I won't feel complete hatred against him.
