Yes people are more than welcome to hate characters. They are there for that lol. What we want people to know is that it's not okay to sent hate comments destined to the author. Actually, the author is a genius if they make people react towards their story/characters.
I haven't seen any comments like that? although I mostly just skim through one or two comments and then keep it moving but obviously yes people shouldn't send mean-spirited comments to the author, especially since they're reading the story on a free website. That's horrible. So yeah i agree with you on that front.
I understand being frustrated with people constantly talking about how badly this story portrays a sm relationship and feeling like if ppl don't like it then they should just leave but honestly this platform is here so that ppl can express their opinions on a certain subject in these mangas. and if they don't like a certain character, they're allowed to feel that way and express it. Even if the character was literally designed to not be liked or if a certain situation was designed to show the tragedies of a dysfunctional relationship. For example, in harry potter everyone knows snape sucks. His character was not designed to be liked but you still have people to this day commenting how much he sucks. Even though everyone who read the books already knows that. This section is here for discussions. Not for people to be shoved away and told to fuck off just because they feel that rape is disgusting and that the characters suck. lol Because that's the beauty of a story that captivates you. It goes against ur morals on all points and yet it still draws u back in , ya can't help it. and so if ppl need to let out their frustrations about whats going on before they an continue to read the chapters then so be it . you're also allowed to disagree with them. Again, thats why the comments are here. to discuss!
