i read this in another comment a while ago. turns out she was reincarnated twice and that her life as elzay was actually her FIRST life and her life in korea her SECOND. so she's technically living her life as elzay for the second time now. her mark is actually aseph's mark too but due to some problems from before (don't remember what they said) his mark is gone. so they are technically soulmates and elzay's mark is actually supposed to match with aseph's but his disappeared. and yeah from what i heard they have a happy ending :DDDD
Elzay actually bares his mark too. So basically she's wearing two marks. That's why the prince said that there's something off about her mark it's because she also has Aseph's mark.
