Once I ate a tonkatsu at a super popular restaurant in Tokyo and it was simply...different.
It was pork meat; Check
It was fried in oil or something alike oil; Check
It was tender and it melted inside your mouth just like Cristea described; CHECK
I had to wait 30 min in line tho. I have no idea how they turned pork meat (which I adore) to taste like that.
Orc tonkatsu, how does that even taste it? Lol
