I need your help !

I'm looking for a manga I've read some time ago...

I think it was a oneshot with multiple chapters about high school boys, and one of them was about a boy who was mostly silent because he always chose his words very carefully, but everyone thought he just didn't want to talk with them.
But one boy noticed why he took so long to speak and told him he really liked that about him. I think they also bonded over a book they used to read when they were kids. That's all I can remember @__@
