Read on webtoon first since they're official and they has 19 chapters, if you want to wait for the official release then you should wait, but if you're too curious you can read here first while still support the legal one by buying coins or clicking love, so far mangago update new chapter of this webtoon once a week (match the korean naver update)
Yes but read it in Webtoon. You can read all the comics for free unless you want to buy upcoming chapters that aren’t released yet, but you can just wait for updates weekly regardless if you have an account or not! ^^
