Lmao I'm 18, 2002 liner. I just got into college this year. I am not frustrated in the slightest. But I will admit your comment is veryyy annoying in the sense that it makes no sense. And since you have so much money, go spend in on this Manhwa so that your opinion can become relevant. You people quite honestly confuse me. What gives you the right to judge when you don't pay for the manhwa?! If you're not paying, the only thing you should be judging here is the plot!
And since you're not paying for anything, if the art truly troubles you to the point where you cane bear to read it, then you can just leave. No one is forcing you to stay and read a manhwa you have so many problems with. You could at least be thankful that someone has even taken the time to create such a story with an interesting plot. Maybe we have different tastes when it comes to comics. But me, personally, I do NOT care for art, I'm just thankful for an interesting story.
I do not have to respect people on the internet who want to read manhwa for free but *also* judge an artist when they are not paying the artist. Think of it ass commissions. If you're not paying for the art, there's no reason for you to be upset. I know this because I myself am an artist on Instagram. I get this so I can empathize with this author.
Hey, please don't call me dear I find that uncomfortable as we are not close and are not friends but instead two strangers on the internet who happened to come across each other. Also, it's rude to assume someone's age. I'm literally a legal adult. I understand what you're saying but as an artist myself these comments especially upset me. I do commissions for people and when I make them art, I'll take criticism if the person paying for the piece I made them did not like the piece I made them. But if someone managed to get my art without paying me through patreon, and then starting judging and saying my art style got worse, I would not like to hear anything from them. The first comment was not constructive criticism. They asked if the art was getting worse and if others agreed. Though they never said the explicit words "half-assed" I was still aggravated. You should not have any expectations for something you are not paying for. Ever. It makes.no sense at all. Yes, we will have to agree to disagree.. some part of me feels as if you all are younger than me and don't understand the concept of purchasing an item. And the fact that we don't know the authors situation makes this whole thing a lot worse. The author may be struggling, but all these people can say 'is it just me or did the art get worse?' It's very rude. Authors have to finish by a specific deadline, most times they can't push back the deadline because they can lose readers that way. I hope this paragraph wasn't too hard for you to understand as the concept is very simple. If you pay, your "criticism" is valid. If not, keep it to yourself because emonline's first comment was quite honestly, very embarassing.
I say lacking empathy because you know nothing about the illustrators life, but instead you want to say their art has.gotten worse. Imagine if you left this comment on the actual comic and the illustrator saw. Its very rude.I don't know why I'm still bothering to explain this to you all.. you may be children..
you don’t have to respect strangers but i can’t judge a strangers work? you say you’re an artist yourself and you empathise with this author yet you couldn’t go pay for their work either? please think about what you’re saying. you’re a legal adult? then act like one. saying my opinion is invalid, stupid and irrelevant is childish. i learnt to respect other people’s opinions even if i don’t agree by the time i was 12. stop acting like you’re above the rest of us. when the author decided to make and weekly updated manhua they should know the responsibility they just got and commit to it. it’s not like the didn’t know what they were getting into. at any point they can take a break if it’s too much and majority of fans would actually prefer that then the author strain themselves. you wouldn’t do commissions if you weren’t trying your best would you?
You're right, I was rude. Truthfully I was defensive of the author because your comment was like the millionth one I had seen judging the art of the author. And I mentioned before, when artists take long breaks, usually they lose their audience, so sometimes they don't do that and push themselves to keep going. I never said I was above any of you. But you guys were acting like YOU were above me by assuming my age. If by commiting to the responsibility of making art, the artist ends up decreasing in art style a bit, then you can't really blame them. My MAIN point was that we should just be grateful that we have a manhwa available to read in the first place. Some fans are not as forgiving. I've seen this occur in the comment sections of many webtoons were people trash the artist. Forgive me for being irritated.

Also my age was only mentioned because you were all making assumptions about me. Of course I would defend myself. and ALL I said about paying was that we shouldn't be complaining when we get this for free! If you want to criticize, you should personally go talk to the author. It gets kind of saddening to see every single person saying 'the art got worse' when the author is trying their best! You don't know what they may be going through. You never know what may have happened. Considering COVID currently, something terrible may have happened but they still wanted to publish this chapter. Yes I was rude. And I apologize. But we can't be rude to the author. I can sympathize with anyone I want though. What's wrong with me sympathizing with the author? And I genuinely felt it hard to respect you guys because you all agree with the author decreasing in art skill. Its so sad to look at Criticism would be, I like this, but here's something you can improve on. It is not just saying "the art got worse". does that make sense? Your right I do care, thanks for noticing how passionate I am about authors. And commissions go towards my drawing materials. But when I can, yes, I do buy manhwas, although it's hard because I live in my parents house and I'm not allowed to read them. If you want to see my art I could show you one of my pages that I use to draw my fanart. @honeykoiarts. I guess if you wanted to see something genuine or whatever..
Constructive criticism requires BOTH positive and negative comments..but there was nothing positive about this original comment. I was only mean out of irritation. And again you don't know me or what I'm going through. Anyways.. I'm done. So tell that other person to stop harassing me on my board. I thought you were all bigger people.. :|
Also how do people profit on mangago? Also yes, look at my art if you still doubt my skill. I'll make a post and @ you if it's so hard to believe that I make work..
And again.. if these mangas are being stolen, then who are we to judge and criticize it. I'm not because I'm not paying for it. <- again my initial point.

is it just be or did the art for the just keeps getting worse?
