Supposed yes, but i doubt being impartial was really something common about royalties. Even now it's really hard to find truly impartial peoples, most peoples will go to money side, family side, close friends side, lovers etc. when a situation happen when they have to side with someone.
True but I thought that was the rule they said about not approaching them but maybe I misunderstood
That queen is so annoying. I thought they were supposed to be impartial. Plus he is the one marrying the person not her.
