Not the same name... the skinny one is Madam A, the one threatened by Kaneki and gang. Madam A was not that great, she was just a pawn used by Aogiri Tree. The other one is Big Madam, the cruel fat woman ghoul who used to own Juuzou Suzuya. This one is the real deal crazy as f*ck ghoul.
I'm a bit confused...are there two "madams"? from what I saw there is a fat one and skinny one who were both referred to as 'Madam'.
