I kept up until chapter 10 then dropped it. The art is stunning though. If anyone us looking for a similar (but far better executed) manga about fucked up government projects I highly recommend Shokuryou Jinrui ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/shokuryou_jinrui/)
