LOL saaaame! I'm going to give it a chance, but yeah...I hot those vibes to. When thelovr interest is so unappealing your already thinking about the MC being good with pretty much any other the other guys (friend, rando red head in class, lol) than you know you're in trouble. We shall see~
I don't know if it's just me but I feel like this story will end up annoying. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Uke is so poor, with annoying brother and father and a doctor who is totally playin him. Must be hard, to think some chapters in the story it will end his brother sabotaging his treatment with that doctor.
