Hey! So, if I understood it correctly Feng Jindal is Rourou's biological father. Yi Yun is his dad and he went to a clinic so he could have a child on his own (so Rourou's biological mother gave birth to him but is not related to him anymore) (I'm sorry if I used any incorrect words, english is not my first language)

The eggs fertilized with Yi Yun sperm got switched with the ones fertilized by Feng Jinyao (apparently this was intentional and all Jinyao's doing). So this is why Yi Yun raised Rourou thinking he was his biological son.
