I think that power he can only use once every certain amount of time and I think he used it recently so no he couldn’t. I could be wrong but I thought I remembered it from a couple of chapters back,
He trusted his shadows to hold on long enough for him to show up I guess.
He already used the shadow exchange at ep 116 to meet the expedition team on time so I think its's still on the 3hrs (if I remember right) cool down.
he used the skill to get to the location of the raid and the cool down is 3 hours or 1 think and he wasn't at the raid that long so he fell on kasiel

he use it already when he transfer to dungeon and he need few hrs to cooldown thats why he cannot use the eleportation hehe
