Well sometimes it could take a few hours, you just have to wait. Before your chapter being upload, they will notify you first then only they will update it
How they notfiy you?
Through your notification. You'd get notification from mangago stating that your report had been fixed

I'm currently uploading a manga and I already did the press the flag thing near the manga website of your choice and then pasted the link to the 'upload chapters' selection in the flag and reported it but how long does it take to mangago to upload it? cuz i still can't see the chapter being uploaded? thanks
