Ok, my idea and it's just a pitch. The CEO was always in love with dudes mom and has been struggling to get over her death for years and has always had a hard time because her son looks like her. She wanted the mom to be happy and knew that she couldn't just not take in her son but I digress. So she falls in love with one of her employees but she is still struggling with the loss even though it was years ago. Not to mention with the boys getting married and the fact that this employee is also younger than her.
A story of this age gap, amazing lesbian action, and dealing with a loss no matter when or how long it happened. They bond because she likes needs help with making the suits for the wedding or something and they have to spend a lot of time together.
