Basically Sid has been against Cain. He's been helping Satan keep Cain weak, by not telling Cain about the doctor etc. Now the doctor came, Cain's suspicions about Sid betraying him was actualized. Sid and Cain fought and Sid defeated Cain only because of his injury. Can went unconscious and the doctor decided to use Cain's man's soul to help replenish Cain's power and heal the injury a little. Because of this thier consciousness ended up linking and they made love
