This is a fan translation, All Might doesn't actually say that. In the official translation he says "... Because I'm worried for him (deku). You are too".
So he's actually saying that Bakugou is worried about Deku, not that he (All Might) is worried about Bakugou.

Not gonna lie, All Might saying he cares about Bakugou's growth feels very offhanded. Maybe it's because I don't like All Might but I don't believe he cares about anyone other than Deku. I know it makes sense because he's his successor, but as a teacher...shouldn't he treat the other students in a similar way? Like this is the reason why kids of teachers don't attend the same school as their parents...just sayin... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
